The two-arm system, made of AISI 431 stainless steel, oxygenates the dough but does not heat it, although it has a high speed.
Particularly suitable for soft mixtures (the percentage of liquids does not need to be less than 55%).
The bowl is placed on a sliding cart and can be removed from the kneader so that it can work with more than one bowl to avoid delays in production.
The arms are raised with handles.
The bowl is made of smooth stainless steel for easy cleaning.
