Pear cake



Product description

This fragrant cake, contains many spices, so if you do not like so you can reduce the quantity.

Ingredients

* 660 gr. pears, peeled and cut into pieces
* 400 gr. sugar
* 375 gr. flour, all purpose
* 1 tsp salt
* 1 1 / 2 tsp soda
* 1 tsp nutmeg
* 1 tsp cinnamon
* 1 / 2 tsp garifallo
* 4 eggs (whites only)
* 160 ml oil
* 110 gr. nuts (toasted for 10 minutes in the oven and chontroalesmena)


instructions

1. Place in bowl, pears (after the clean and cut into small pieces) along with sugar. Leave them that way for 1 hour.
2. Beat the egg whites to foam, add the oil, walnuts and pears. Mix with the lowest speed of mixer.
3. In another bowl, sift the flour and add salt, baking soda, nutmeg, cinnamon and cloves.
