Second dough
* 200 gr. flour
* 200 gr. cold butter
* 100 gr. sugar
* 1 pinch salt
* 100 gr. ground almonds
* 50 gr. hardtack
* Zest of ½ lemon
* 1 egg
* 1 shot rum
3rd dough
* 200 gr. flour
* 200 gr. butter
* 200 gr. sugar
* 200 gr. almonds
* 1 tsp baking powder
* 1 tsp cinnamon
* 1 pinch of cloves
* 2 egg yolks
4th dough
* 250 gr. flour
* 250 gr. butter
* 200 gr. sugar
* 250 gr. almonds
* 2 tsp rum
* 1 tsp cinnamon, lemon zest
* 1 tbsp cocoa
* 2 eggs
* 1 pinch of cloves
Instructions
In all the process is the same.
1. Mix the dry ingredients and add liquid.
2. Never tires of the dough and we always cold butter into pieces small to fit well.
