Almond cake



Product description

A great combination of almonds and brown sugar that are in the middle of the cake.

Ingredients:....

* 235 gr. sugar
* 117 gr. oil
* 400 gr. milk
* 480 gr. Flour alone
* 1 / 3 tsp salt
* 3 tsp baking powder
* 2 eggs
* Mix almond
* 1 cup almonds chontroalesmena
* 120 gr. brown sugar (dark brown sugar)
* 4 tablespoons flour (sharp)
* 3 tsp cinnamon
* 5 tablespoons oil

instructions

1. In bowl, sift flour with baking powder and salt.
2. In mixer bowl, beat the eggs for 3 minutes at high speed. Add sugar and continue for another 3 minutes. Reduce speed of mixer and add the oil and then the milk alternately with flour (beginning and ending with the flour).
3. In another bowl, add the almonds, brown sugar, 4 tablespoons of the flour, cinnamon and oil and using our fingers mix very well.
4. We take a circular form that opens (with a hole in the middle), the Butter and flour. Put the first half of dough mixture, cover with almond mixture and finish with remaining dough.
5. Bake in preheated oven at 180oC for 50-60 minutes.
