Biscuits with rum and chocolate



Product description

Easy and fragrant biscuits, crispy outside and fluffy inside.

Ingredients:

* 150 gr. butter or margarine
* 150 gr. sugar
* 2 eggs
* 50 gr. grated chocolate
* 300 gr. flour
* 2 tablespoons dark rum
* Little milk for the spread of biscuits


instructions

1. Beat well the butter and sugar for at least 15 minutes, until fluffy.
2. Add one by one the eggs and rum continuing the strike.
3. Sieve and add the flour and, after well into the mixture, add the chocolate and stir to go anywhere.
4. Put the dough for 20 minutes in refrigerator.
5. Lay two pans with wax paper and shape the dough into small balls. Place them with some distance between them because they spread, and brush them with very little milk.
6. Bake at 200 degrees for 12-14 minutes, the oven amaloga us and the size of biscuits.
7. Let cool on rack.
